Italy - Cortona - July 2009
The Cortona retreat was born from a need expressed by some Yoga teachers to have a place where we can reconnect with the simplicity of Yoga practice. Back to the core of it, Cortona is a place where we could find fresh, lively insights to later share with our students.
Walking meditation, silence, time for sharing discoveries in two long sessions per day. In this villa located on the hills near Cortona (Arezzo-Tuscany) owned by my brother Ugo, who, although reluctant to join the Yoga, is very pleased to welcome this small group of Yoga practitioners.
Taking place in July, the retreat lasts one week and is intended for no more than eight students. The next seminar will beJuly 11th- July 18th 2009.
